where do you ship from?
orders will be shipped from the united states, virginia. if you ordered internationally, please keep in mind the shipping times may be long!
where do you ship to?
current, i'm able to ship domestically in the US and internationally (excluding countries that are part of the EU due to recent restrictions).
when will my order ship?
if you order an in-stock item by itself, it will be shipped within the week of the order being placed. for preorders, please be patient! after the preorder period ends, it may take a month or two for me to be able to ship your order. if you order an in-stock item with a preorder item, the in-stock item will not ship until the entire order is ready.
when will my order arrive?
every order will receive a tracking number once the package has been shipped out, so be sure to check the tracking in order to see where your order is. a rough estimation is 1-2 weeks domestically and 6 weeks for international orders.
